Jillian Postal is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Aaron Resnick, P.A. Jillian focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract and business torts, alternative dispute resolution, and intellectual property. 

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Aaron Resnick, P.A., Jillian worked as an associate for a multi-practice Florida law firm where she gained invaluable litigation and arbitration experience. Jillian also has experience in handling entity formations, sports arbitration matters and trademark registrations and disputes on behalf of high net worth individuals and professional athletes. She is passionate about working and advising professional athletes on life after sports. 

Jillian earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park and went on to earn her juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. There she was a member of the start-up practicum and earned a concentration in business innovation law and technology. Jillian is a member of the Florida Bar's Young Lawyer's Division and is admitted to practice law in Florida.
