The firm does both, and that matters more than it sounds. An agreement drafted by someone who has litigated the same clause is drafted differently. A dispute handled by someone who understands how the deal was built starts from a better position.

What to have ready before the first conversation
You do not need a file. You do need a few things.

- The key dates. When it started, when it changed, and any deadline you are facing.
- Written communications with the other side, including texts.
