It appears that Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust has settled its differences with Juiceblendz and former Miami Dolphins' star Jason Taylor.
The Coral Gables-based bank filed a lawsuit in March against the Weston-based company, CEO Jason Adam Ogden and Taylor, an investor in the company, over a line of credit from 2008 that secured all the assets of the business.
On July 3, Gibraltar dropped its lawsuit.
Ogden was given a Business Journal entrepreneur award in September in the under $10 million in revenue category. Juiceblendz was a Business Journal Business of the Year winner in 2011.
