Who Was Required to File for 2013?
For the 2013 reporting cycle, the filing requirement covered Florida profit and nonprofit corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships, including limited liability limited partnerships, as well as qualifying foreign entities; initial reports were due in the year after formation or authorization.

2013 Late Filing Charge
For entities subject to the supplemental corporate fee, the 2013 law imposed a $400 charge when that fee was remitted after May 1, subject to its reinstatement exception. Nonprofit corporations were not subject to that supplemental fee.
The reminder concerned the May 1, 2013 annual report filing deadline.
The 2013 annual report allowed an entity to update the public record information included in that report. The report included information such as officers or managers, addresses and the registered agent, according to the entity type.
