North Miami Beach Ale House sold for $4.4M

Posted by Jillian Postal | Jan 21, 2014 | 0 Comments

An Aventura investor purchased the Ale House building in North Miami Beach for $4.35 million.

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services' Adam Tiktin and Michael Biama represented both the seller and buyer in the deal for the 8,999-square-foot property at 3227 N.E. 163rd St.

Interstate NMB Corp., a Boca Raton-based company managed by Michael Paul, sold it to Fae Holdings 417449R. The registered agent of the buyer is Mario Grosfeld in Aventura, but its managing member is First American Exchange Co. in Salt Lake City.

“North Miami Beach Ale House has been at the site for 14 years,” Tiktin said in a news release. “The triple-net lease has approximately 12 years remaining and provides two additional five-year options.”

The building was constructed in 1999.

The firm provides residential and commercial real estate services.
